Partner with life’s change to break fear and anxiety

We all know change is inevitable, right? Every new season is an opportunity for growth and greater authority. In looking back, you can identify that in every transition you encountered there has been an opportunity to step into the next level of maturity. Of course, we all want to reap the benefits of maturity and greater authority – then why do we resist change and find it so challenging to embrace? Perhaps the answer can be found in our perception of risk as we fear what the change may bring.

Evidence of this resistance is found in procrastination, frustration, and stress which can all create new experiences of disappointment. Blocking change can also ultimately create experiences of disappointment, leading to a perfect environment to develop anxiety. Disappointment makes you work from what you know, you’re known behaviors and emotions. But change forces you to work from new behaviors and emotions, creating God’s desired growth for your life. Adapting to change and developing the skills required to deal with change, sets you up to experience freedom from disappointment and anxiety while producing growth and maturity
